Shipping Destinations & Restricted Addresses
To maintain our high standards of delivery integrity and speed, we currently ship exclusively to the 48 contiguous United States.
Important Notice on P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO: Due to the specialized nature of our products—including high-value metal towers, delicate acrylic plates, and large wooden display sets—we require a physical residential or business address for all deliveries. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. These restrictions are in place because our primary carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, require physical addresses to ensure the safe handling and secure signature-based delivery of fragile and oversized event decor. We appreciate your understanding in helping us guarantee the safety of your purchase.

We believe in a clear and honest checkout process. Your shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed at the final checkout stage based on your order subtotal (before taxes):

Order Tracking & Potential Split Shipments
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to the carrier’s website. Please note that it may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to be activated and reflected in the carrier’s system.
If your order contains multiple items or a combination of ready-to-ship and pre-ordered goods, we may utilize split shipments to get your available items to you as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional cost.
Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Sweetstandhub is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or insufficient address information provided by the buyer.
In the event that your tracking information shows your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier immediately to file a claim. While we are happy to assist in the investigation, Sweetstandhub cannot be held liable for packages once the carrier has officially confirmed delivery to the address provided.
Claims for Damage in Transit
Because we specialize in delicate event decor like glass-patterned plastic and mirror-top metal stands, we take every precaution in our packing process. However, if your order arrives damaged, we are here to make it right.
You must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the exterior packaging. This allows us to quickly file a claim with the carrier and arrange a priority replacement or refund for you.
